About Us

The Begining
Rath Racing was started by one individual; Daryl Rath. Through his dedication and hard work, Daryl has made Rath Racing the professional name it is today. Growing up a country boy, Daryl's father, Eldon, built him a quad track in their backyard. The course had straight runs and slopes throughout, which Daryl worked dilligently to master. He studied the best ways to maneuver through the turns, jumps, and slopes. After much practice, Daryl changed gears and spent most of his time working on his quad. He strived to improve it, progressively making it better and faster. At the farm, Daryl and Eldon were always working on tractors and other machinery, so because of this experience, Daryl learned to work with metal. He also learned how to fix and create his own components after they broke on his quad. Eventually, Daryl went to college in Hutchinson, MN, to become a tool and dye machinist. When he graduated, Daryl took all of his knowledge of quads and developed his own line of professional racing components.

History
Daryl has been riding quads for over seventeen years, and has been racing in competitions for over fourteen years. Daryl has earned many trophies throughout this rewarding experience. His biggest accomplishment was winning nationals -- two years! Daryl spends a goood amount of time traveling across the nation and world to test out new quads and components. He remains to participate in races and is still ranked among the most elite in the country. Daryl's knowledge of racing and machinery, collected over seventeen years, is put into all of Rath Racing's products. Rath Racing has been around for many years, therefore you know that Rath's components are quality, unlike other companies that have started in the past couple years.

Today
Today, ATV's are hot, and Rath Racing is in high demand! Recently, Daryl won the Wisconsin State Championship on his Polaris Predator. When Daryl is not leaving his opponents in the dust, he is working on his own line of high performance race components. Rath Racing has now introduced itself online to bring the fastest and lightest enhancements to more of this nation's race enthusiasts. Most of these upgrades can be purchased at Rath Racing's headquarters, located in Hutchinson, MN. Stop in and take a look around!
